Custom Chef Protocol

For clients who want their meals built entirely around their own nutritional protocol, medical guidance, or personal preferences, Laroot now offers a Custom Plan/Protocol meal delivery plan.

What's Included?

Dedicated Chef - Your meals are planned and prepared by a chef assigned specifically to your profile — not pulled from a standard rotating menu.

Concierge Support -A direct point of contact manages your account, delivery scheduling, and any adjustments — so changes never get lost in a general inbox.

Full Nutritional Customization - We build your plan around your specifications, including:

• Exact macro/portion targets (e.g., grams of protein, vegetables, carbohydrates per meal)
• Calorie caps or minimums per meal
• Dietary restrictions and intolerances (dairy-free, lactose-free, vegan substitutions, etc.)
• Cuisine preference (Mediterranean, etc.)
• Ingredient-level preferences — a running list of vegetables, proteins, and carbs you enjoy, and any you'd like minimized or excluded

Weekly Menu Preview & Approval

After contact and collaboration, we send your proposed menu for review. Nothing goes into production until you've approved it.

Delivery days, quantities, and pauses (travel, weeks off, trial runs) are coordinated directly with your concierge — no need to restart the whole plan when your schedule shifts.

Ongoing Refinement: After trying meals, share feedback at any time. We'll note favorites, adjust seasoning and preparation, and refine your profile continuously.

The $350 fee covers the dedicated chef and concierge service itself; meal costs are calculated based on your selected plan (e.g., lunch + dinner, weekday vs. 7-day, meal count per week).
