Laroot’s signature breakfast bundle includes three house-made specialties with a judicious balance of nutrients and flavors which adhere to our guiding principles.
Two soft-boiled organic eggs—high in vitamin A, vitamin B12, and selenium for immune health—are served with a lycopene-rich tomato sauce and a garlicky, double-strained Turkish yogurt called labneh.
A turmeric-spiced chia seed pudding, prepared with a creamy base of coconut milk, provides heart-healthy omega-3s and ample fiber.
And a Greek-yogurt parfait, packed with calcium, protein, and probiotics, is composed with a sweet and nutty Ayurvedic granola encompassing the six rasas, or tastes, of the world’s oldest healing science.

How to Brew Tisane
To brew:
- Measure about 1–2 teaspoons of dried herbs or a small handful of fresh herbs per cup.
- Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes to extract their medicinal properties.
- Remove the herbs by straining the infusion into a cup.
- You can add a touch of honey or lemon if desired but keep it mild to maintain the herbal benefits.
