Hand-blended in-house, Laroot’s organic herbal tisane soothes with notes of mint, eucalyptus, and blackberry, the last of which lends the tea a distinct purple hue. The addition of sumac, an astringent ground berry cultivated in the Levant, boasts antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties, as well as a hint of tangy piquancy.

Steep for five minutes in eight to ten ounces of filtered water just off the boil.
