Spring was an incredibly vibrant and exciting season for Laroot, filled with collaborations, new product launches, and heartwarming community events. Here's a recap of our recent adventures and milestones:
Laroot World at SXSW with Little Honey Money
This spring, Laroot World was honored to be invited by Little Honey Money to participate in the South by Southwest 2024 (SXSW) conference in Austin, Texas. Little Honey Money was renowned for promoting whole family wellness, which aligned perfectly with Laroot’s brand values. We were thrilled to join other esteemed brands such as Higher Dose, known for their holistic recovery solutions, Mysha, offering pregnancy and postpartum essentials, and Road Acupuncture, all focusing on postpartum care.
At the event, Laroot showcased our commitment to quality and innovation in postpartum care. Our table featured our new Jujube Date Tea, designed to regulate the feminine cycle and enhance milk flow for new mothers, alongside our signature Chia Seed Pudding, Cornbread breakfast selections, The KC Soup, Laroot Broths, and The Jetsetter’s Mezze Salad for lunch. The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with wellness professionals, investors, and new friends in Austin, and we looked forward to future collaborations in promoting family wellness.
Laroot & Cabana - Food & New Collection
On Thursday, April 25th, Laroot World founder and CEO, Natasha, and Martina Mondatori of Cabana magazine hosted a delightful breakfast and lunch, featuring Laroot's culinary creations and the new Cabana Anniversary Collection. Our menu celebrated the cultural connections we shared with Cabana Magazine, highlighting dishes like our Ethiopian-inspired entree, classic Spanish Salmon Escabeche, and a special pasta dish from the Casa Cabana book.
Chef Megan, our Culinary Director, masterfully adapted Martina's mother's cherished pasta recipe into a gluten-free version, featuring Rucola, Cherry Tomatoes, and Roasted Almonds. Martina's heartfelt compliment, declaring it the best iteration she had ever tasted, was a testament to the spirit of tradition and innovation that united Laroot and Cabana. This delightful pasta will soon be available on our menu, so stay tuned!
CY Kitchen Caviar Collaboration
In a celebration of mothers worldwide, Laroot World and CY Kitchen Caviar introduced the 'Mothers of the World' limited-edition Mother's Day Gift Package. This special package, which was available for just one week, included a choice of a 50g or 125g tin of Golden Ossetra CY Kitchen Caviar, paired with traditional meals inspired by the cuisines of France, Russia, Persia, and Japan. This culinary journey honored the unique role of mothers in shaping our palates and hearts, combining international flavors with sustainable luxury.

Nicole Hanley (@nhp.hanley) featured our Bone Broth (overheard somewhere in NYC that it is the 'best broth ever'…), Tash’s Vinaigrette Dressing (yes, named after our amazing founder, Natasha), and our Oat Milk - all available and ready for you through our Kiosk!
Fabiola Beracasa Beckman (@fabbb_s) transported herself to Vietnam for dinner with our The Resistance Pho & The Acceptance Roll, but in our version a vegan and gluten-free interpretation of the original dish (yes, we are also all about being gluten-free with everything we serve).
Looking Ahead
Spring was a season of growth and connection for Laroot. From showcasing our innovations at SXSW to collaborating with Cabana and CY Kitchen Caviar, and receiving warm accolades from our Instagram community, we were more inspired than ever to continue our journey in promoting holistic nutrition and wellness.
