Celebrating Easter
·
Happy Easter! A beloved holiday across denominations and even religions (egg hunts across all households abound!) it is the rite of spring, sunshine, family picnics, and yes, eggs.
The symbolic significance of eggs is overwhelming. Eggs represent life and fertility, new beginnings, and potential for growth!

Of course, Easter eggs symbolize the resurrection of Jesus, but did you know that in Hinduism, the egg represents the origin of the universe? Another wonderful way in which religions and symbology can be tied together and interconnected!

Finally, from Laroot World’s point of view, the nutritional importance of eggs and their delicious taste for those who indulge in animal products is its core value! Eggs should not be indulged in too often, as all else must be enjoyed in moderation. But if you were to try our star breakfast, The Turkish Eggs, you would find that this local and delicious specialty is an amazing source of protein, vitamins A, D, and B12, and healthy fats.

As per the advice of our incredible nutritional advisors, we do not recommend an egg breakfast more than once (or sometimes twice) a week, to be savored, celebrated, and enjoyed. As Easter is savored, celebrated, and enjoyed just once a year.
Happy Easter Monday!
