This raw, unfiltered, certified-organic honey from the Rare Hawaiian Honey Company is produced from mesquite nectar by wild bees in the Big Island’s isolated Kiawe Forest. Naturally crystallized and pearly white, this tropical-flavored honey has a creamy, spreadable texture for myriad uses.

Organic White Kiawe Honey is unheated and kept entirely raw to preserve its naturally occurring proteins and enzymes. And since it’s strained but not filtered, small particles of nutritious pollen and propolis remain in the honey.
