Guaranteed to start your day off right, Laroot’s signature breakfast bundle includes three house-made specialties with a judicious balance of nutrients and flavors which adhere to our guiding principles. Two soft-boiled organic eggs—high in vitamin A, vitamin B12, and selenium for immune health—are served with a lycopene-rich tomato sauce and a garlicky, double-strained Turkish yogurt called labneh. A turmeric-spiced chia-seed pudding, prepared with a creamy base of coconut milk, provides heart-healthy omega-3s and ample fiber. And a Greek-yogurt parfait, packed with calcium, protein, and probiotics, is composed with a sweet and nutty Ayurvedic granola encompassing the six rasas, or tastes, of the world’s oldest healing science.
